1950's Vintage Bullet Pencil that you can convert to a portable dip pen or travel paint brush.

- Insert can fit all types of nibs.
- Comes with 1 free ferrule and 1 free vintage nibs: M.Myers & Son No.3165 Facile Nib. Nib has a natural tilt (see last photo) that helps prevent snagging.
